Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how GrowViaAi ("GrowViaAi," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit growviaaii.com or use our AI chat assistant, contact form, or client demos (together, the "Site"). It does not cover the separate AI voice, booking, or automation systems we build and operate for our clients' own customers — those are governed by the individual service agreement each client signs with us, not by this page.
Information We Collect
Contact form: name, email, phone number, business type, the services you're interested in, and your message. Chat assistant: the messages you send it, associated with a temporary session ID stored in your browser (not tied to your name or account unless you provide it in the conversation). Automatically collected: your IP address (used only for spam/abuse rate-limiting on the contact form and chat, never sold or used for tracking), browser type, and general usage data like which pages were visited. If you apply for or use our admin dashboard as a GrowViaAi team member, we also process your login email and authentication session data.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to your inquiry, schedule your free AI audit or demo, and follow up about our services. To operate the AI chat assistant and improve its answers over time. To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent form submissions. To send you information you've asked for, such as pricing details or onboarding steps. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this Site and keep your data secure, and we share only what's needed for each to do its job: Supabase (database hosting and storage, United States), Vercel (backend hosting for form submissions and the chat assistant, United States), n8n (workflow automation that routes contact form submissions to our team and powers the chat assistant's responses), and OpenRouter and Google Gemini (the AI models that generate chat assistant replies and power its knowledge search — your chat messages are sent to these providers to generate a response, but are not used by us to train any model). Each provider is contractually and technically restricted from using your data for anything beyond providing their service to us.
Cookies and Local Storage
This Site does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites. We use your browser's local storage only for your own convenience: to remember your light/dark theme choice, to keep your chat conversation connected to the right session while you're on the Site, and to remember whether you've dismissed a site announcement. None of this data leaves your browser or identifies you personally, and clearing your browser data removes it entirely.
Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time (see "Your Rights" below). Chat assistant conversations are tied to a temporary browser session and are not linked to your identity unless you volunteer it in the conversation itself. Security and rate-limiting logs (like IP addresses used to block spam) are automatically deleted after a short rolling window, not kept indefinitely.
Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic to and from this Site, database-level access controls that restrict who and what can read or write your data, and a dedicated backend service that holds sensitive credentials rather than exposing them to the browser. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, ongoing steps to protect the information you share with us.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@growviaaii.com with your request and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're in the EU/UK, we act as the data controller for information collected through this Site. If you're a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion — we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that regard.
Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for business owners and operators, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Site or practices change. We'll update the "Last Updated" date above whenever we do, and for significant changes we'll make that clear on this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
