Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using growviaaii.com (the "Site") or submitting the contact form, chat assistant, or a demo request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site itself — the actual AI automation service we build and operate for your business is governed by a separate written service agreement that you and GrowViaAi sign before onboarding, and that agreement controls wherever it conflicts with these Terms.
Description of Services
GrowViaAi designs, builds, and operates AI-powered booking systems, AI voice calling agents, lead capture and follow-up automation, and review automation for local service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, dental, salons, and similar trades). Through this Site, we offer free AI audits and live demos, and we publish general information about our plans and pricing. Specific features, integrations, pricing, and delivery timelines are confirmed individually with each client and may differ from what's generally described on the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to submit an inquiry, request a demo, or engage our services. By contacting us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to discuss automation for your business.
Free Consultations and Demos
AI audits and demo calls booked through this Site are free and come with no obligation to purchase. We don't charge for an initial consultation, and requesting one doesn't create a contract for paid services — that only happens once you and GrowViaAi both sign a service agreement.
User Obligations
When you use this Site, you agree to provide accurate, current information; not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries; not to attempt to scrape, spam, or abuse the contact form or chat assistant; and not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it. If you're given access to our admin dashboard as part of your role at GrowViaAi, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the GrowViaAi name and branding, and the design and code of the Site itself — is owned by GrowViaAi or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site's content without our prior written consent. Case study content describes real client outcomes shared with permission; client names, logos, and quoted results remain the property of the respective businesses.
No Guarantee of Results
Case studies, testimonials, and example results shown on this Site reflect specific clients' individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for your business. Actual outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your industry, market, existing operations, and how the system is used. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the signed service agreement for your specific engagement says otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last Updated" date above whenever we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
